The Hyatt Regency Atlanta is located in the heart of downtown Atlanta on Peachtree Street. The hotel is a convenient drive from Atlanta’s airport, connected to the city’s MARTA transit system and just blocks away from the city’s major attractions, including the Georgia World Congress Center, Georgia Dome, Georgia Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame, Center for Civil and Human Rights and the World of Coca-Cola. With its signature rooftop Polaris blue dome, Hyatt Regency Atlanta has been a landmark destination since opening on Peachtree Street in 1967. The 22-story Atlanta luxury hotel was the world’s first contemporary atrium hotel and today is one of America’s premier meeting and convention destinations.

The Hyatt Regency Atlanta offers convention attendees reduced room rates of $189 for a single/double and triple/quad occupancies, per room per night, plus 16% tax and an additional $5 per night State of Georgia assessment fee.

The hotel deadline was Sept. 24, 2016. Going forward, you can try to book at the Hyatt, using this link, but we cannot guarantee the room block rate or availability.

ROOM BLOCK STATUS. PLEASE NOTE: The hotel is currently sold out of double rooms on Wednesday, Oct. 26. There are double rooms the other nights in the block. We apologize for the inconvenience. Here are some options:

Check in on Thursday morning and have the same double room the whole event.
Book a king/queen room on Wednesday night and then book a double room from Thursday onward. You would need to change rooms on Thursday.
Book a double room at a nearby hotel for Wednesday night and check into the Hyatt Regency on Thursday. There are double rooms available at the Hotel Indigo Atlanta downtown and Aloft Atlanta Downtown. Both are within walking distance to the Hyatt Regency.

Parking at the Hyatt Regency

Overnight parking at the Hyatt Regency is $26 for valet, a 20% discount off the regular rate for CMA attendees booked at the hotel. Overnight self-parking is not available onsite.

Additional Parking Options

Guests may elect to self-park at off-property locations, such as 31 Baker St. (31 Baker Street NE). This covered garage is one block from the hotel and is available at a discounted rate for Hyatt guests. Available Friday night, Saturday and Sunday. Not available Monday – Thursday. Rates that will apply: maximum rate daily/overnight with no in and out privileges is $20.00.

260-270 Baker St. Available Friday night, Saturday and Sunday. Not available Monday – Thursday. Rates that will apply: maximum rate daily/overnight with no in and out privileges is $20.00.

Sun Trust. Maximum daily rate/overnight with no in and out privileges is $25.00. Available Sunday- Saturday for all guests. This is an additional parking option for overnight guests.

Transportation

If you are traveling from the Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport, travel info is available on the airport website.

You can take public transport, the MARTA system, to the hotel. MARTA is $2.50 per ride + $1.00 for a Breeze Card to gain train access. When traveling via MARTA from the Airport, take the northbound train to the Peachtree Center Station stop, one stop north of the Five Points transfer station. Exit the train and take the escalator up towards Peachtree Center Mall. Once inside the mall, follow the signs to the covered walkway into the hotel.

SuperShuttle – SuperShuttle Atlanta is the a 24 hour share-ride shuttle service provider. You can book your reservation by calling or visit supershuttle.com. Visit the SuperShuttle customer service booth at the airport and ask for the shuttle to the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Downtown. For larger groups call 404.410.1290 or email .
